Helpful staff. They lost my sock during laundry but bought a new pair for me after a short argument (size 36 though).

The price is very attractive for such a comfortable room. All the photos correspond to the reality. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It's not the center of Hanoi, however, the district is very interesting. There are two big supermarkets across the road and an awesome swimming pool near one of them.

It’s nice decor , privet bathroom , good furniture. I’m my room it was relatively quiet considering its on a very busy main road. Happy with quality at a very cheap rate

The room was big and provided a lot of things like a fridge, a chair and a table. They also offer services like renting a motorbike and laundry (but more expensive than somewhere else).

free parking, good WiFi, big room, tea pot and electric kettle at the room, refrigerator, tv, hotel has elevator. It's old hotel , not luxury, but for this money is perfect.
